Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, transport or supply chain.
• Experience coordinating with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving processes.
• Fluency in English; Nordic language knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support Nordic warehouse and transport operations with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate operational activities and ensure actions move forward with the right stakeholders.
• Manage display planning, product destruction processes, and customer requirement alignment.
• Conduct health checks to ensure Nestlé standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes with partners.
• Monitor performance and participate in regular reviews with providers.
• Contribute to projects and optimization initiatives across the Nordic team.
