Job summary

Nestlé Nordics is seeking an experienced Demand Planner to own the Danish forecast and collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Supply Planning. You will translate commercial plans and market dynamics into accurate forecasts at SKU and category levels.

Based at the Nordic Headquarters in Ørestad, Copenhagen, you will analyse forecast accuracy, identify patterns and deviations, and adjust the plan while contributing to monthly IBP reviews and cross‑functional decisions.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2–3 years hands-on experience as a Demand Planner or similar role.
• Bring strong analytical skills and work with detailed data, accuracy and bias.
• Experience with demand planning systems, preferably including SAP.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand plan and forecast performance for assigned categories at SKU and category level.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, bias, trends and deviations; translate insights into actions.
• Incorporate promotional activities, commercial plans and market dynamics into forecasts.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to validate assumptions, risks and opportunities.
• Work with Supply Planning to ensure robust, actionable demand plans.
• Prepare for and participate in monthly demand reviews and IBP process.
