Job summary

Nestlé Nordics is seeking a Demand Analyst & Planner to own the demand plan for selected categories in Denmark, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning to translate market insights into accurate forecasts.

You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, lead demand reviews, and support decision-making in the monthly planning process, reporting to the Nordic Demand & Supply Planning Manager at Ørestad, Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting or similar analytical roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand plan and forecast performance for assigned categories.
• Translate commercial activities and market insights into realistic demand forecasts.
• Challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and align plans with business realities.
• Partner with Sales and Supply Planning to create robust, actionable plans.
• Lead demand reviews and support decision-making in the monthly planning process.
• Drive analytical and continuous improvement initiatives across the Nordic Demand Planning organization.
