Job summary

Brightsmith is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data centre and mission-critical construction initiatives across the Nordic region. You will coordinate development, design and construction teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high-quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership across electrical, mechanical and civil workstreams, with a focus on risk management and stakeholder engagement with utilities and authorities.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in project management or construction leadership.
• Data centre or mission-critical project delivery experience.
• Experience managing projects through development, design, construction and handover.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and construction of data centre projects across the Nordics.
• Lead early-stage development through design coordination, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Manage programme, budget, scope, quality and key milestones of projects.
