Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead delivery of large-scale datacenter construction projects in the Copenhagen area, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction. You will plan and execute projects, manage budgets and schedules, oversee risk and procurement, and coordinate with consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PM experience in construction or building services.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary construction projects.
• Knowledge of contracts, safety legislation, and project controls.
• Financial acumen with P&L and forecasting.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Based in the Copenhagen area with onsite presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects across the datacenter industry.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
• Oversee full financial management of projects, including cost control, forecasting, margin analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with design consultants, general contractors, and client stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and resource allocation across multiple job sites.
• Provide regular project updates to internal leadership and external clients.
