Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) invites applications for a Student Assistant to support the Nordics Commercial Activation team across Sweden, Denmark and Norway. The role is hands-on, focused on activation, trade engagement, and field sales enablement with exposure to local markets and cross-functional teams.

You will own a defined activation project end-to-end, assist in developing activation plans, create customer materials and toolkits, and help the sales teams with stories and practical

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar).
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with confidence using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Commercially curious and interested in how brands win with customers, retailers, and shoppers.
• A proactive ownership mindset, with the ability to turn plans into clear and practical execution.
• Fluent in English; a Nordic language is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own a defined commercial activation project end-to-end, with autonomy to drive it forward.
• Support the development and execution of activation plans across Nordic markets and channels.
• Help strengthen trade engagement through customer materials, toolkits, presentations, and performance follow-up.
• Enable field sales teams with clear selling stories, activation guidance, and practical tools for execution.
• Track activation performance, consolidate market feedback, and identify opportunities to improve commercial impact across the Nordics.
