Job summary

The Nordics Commercial Activation team at Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) is seeking a Student Assistant to drive the commercial agenda across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. This hands-on, fixed-term role supports activation, trade engagement, and field sales enablement with direct exposure to local markets and cross-functional teams.

You will own small projects end-to-end, develop activation plans, and provide tools and materials for retailers and shoppers.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar).
Strong analytical and organisational skills, with confidence using Excel and PowerPoint.
Commercially curious and interested in how brands win with customers, retailers, and shoppers.
A proactive ownership mindset, with the ability to turn plans into clear and practical execution.
Fluent in English; a Nordic language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Own a defined commercial activation project end-to-end, with autonomy to drive it forward.
Support the development and execution of activation plans across Nordic markets and channels.
Help strengthen trade engagement through customer materials, toolkits, presentations, and performance follow-up.
Enable field sales teams with clear selling stories, activation guidance, and practical tools for execution.
Track activation performance, consolidate market feedback, and identify opportunities to improve commercial impact across the Nordics.
