Job summary

GlobalConnect in Copenhagen is seeking a Claims & Operations Specialist who will own Danish network damage claims from start to finish and help recover costs when third parties damage the network.

You will also coordinate Nordic claims with an external partner, support broader service assurance activities, and help improve workflows as you learn the business and grow into additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in coordination, administration, case handling, or financial follow-up.
• Bachelor level or equivalent education completed.
• Fluent professional Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own Danish network damage claims from start to finish, gather documentation, and drive cost recovery.
• Coordinate Nordic claims with an external partner and maintain visibility of cases.
• Support broader Service Assurance activities and help improve workflows and processes.
