Job summary

Responsibilities

• Run the night audit and ensure completeness for the morning crew.
• Welcome guests, answer emails and guest inquiries, and generate necessary reports.
• Assist at the bar and prepare the bar and lobby for the next day.
• Perform security checks during the night shift and hand over to the morning crew.
• Prepare reservations and housekeeping lists for the day and assist with checkouts.
