Job summary

MOXY Hotels is seeking a Night Crew Member for a 23:00 to 07:15 shift, totaling about 80 hours per month. The role includes night audit duties, guest assistance, bar and lobby prep, and a smooth handover to the morning team.

You will welcome guests, answer inquiries, run necessary reports, and help prepare breakfast and checkouts with the morning crew. Danish and English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Good knowledge of customer relations.
• Good command of the Danish and English language.
• Humble, helpful and approachable.

Responsibilities

• Run the night audit and ensure everything is in order for the morning crew.
• Assist guests at the Front Desk, bar, and lobby during the night shift.
• Answer emails and guest inquiries and prepare reports for the night audit.
• Hand over the shift and communicate any outstanding questions to the morning crew.
