Job summary

ABB is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive growth for Motors, Drives and Automation in Sweden. You will engage OEMs, system integrators and end users, delivering value through tailored solutions and a strong hunt for new opportunities.

The role spans the full sales cycle and requires cross-functional collaboration to win complex deals. You will operate from Lulea, Sweden, reporting to the Sales Manager, and join a team that emphasizes growth, innovation, and market leadership in motion

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in long sales cycles and complex technical sales, preferably OEM channel sales and end-user engagement.
• Engineering degree is meritorious; experience in automation, project management, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by actively hunting for new opportunities and developing sales plans across OEMs, system integrators and end users.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and articulate value of ABB Motion solutions.
• Lead and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored motor, drive and automation proposals.
