Job summary

Hitachi Rail Denmark A/S is seeking a Maintenance Management System Work Package Leader to drive the maintenance and technical operation of the MMS solution. You will oversee design, interface closure, verification, and handover, coordinating across engineering, suppliers and operator maintenance processes.

The role requires leading work packages, managing interfaces, and ensuring complete, traceable documentation and readiness for service.

Qualifications

Experience leading work packages or senior system engineering roles related to MMS, asset registers, and maintenance processes.
Ability to manage suppliers, interfaces, assurance evidence and stakeholders across the full lifecycle.
Strong understanding of requirements, configuration, installation and test/acceptance dependencies.
Experience dealing with delays, defects, tests, and acceptance pressure.

Responsibilities

Own MMS scope, schedule, budget inputs, risks, issues, dependencies, supplier delivery and milestones.
Ensure MMS requirements, architecture, interfaces, design outputs, procurement deliverables, test procedures and handover records are complete and traceable.
Coordinate testing, defect resolution, cybersecurity/safety/RAM/quality evidence, and O&M data inputs.
Report progress, blockers, changes, and readiness status to Engineering and Project Governance.
