Alfa Laval is seeking two Development Engineers (Senior/Junior) to join our Membrane R&D team in Nakskov, Denmark, with the option to use Søborg. You will contribute to development, execution, and implementation of product projects across the development journey, from concept to launch, ensuring customer needs align with the membrane roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience in membrane product development.
• Hands-on membrane testing and characterization.
• Knowledge of phase inversion and/or thin film coatings.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to and take ownership of new technology ideas and concepts (product designs, features, materials).
• Support development of new products from concept to launch to meet customer and business needs.
• Maintain and improve the existing portfolio with design changes and risk assessments.
• Plan and follow up prototypes, lab tests, and product testing.
• Collaborate with lab and test engineers and other stakeholders with hands-on involvement.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and assist with customer claims and issue resolution.
• Lead or support project planning, timelines and budgets within scope and budget constraints.
• Identify and escalate project risks following Alfa Laval processes.
• Pursue opportunities for product, process, and technology improvements.
