Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking two Development Engineers (Senior/Junior) to join our Membrane R&D team in Nakskov, Denmark. You will contribute to development, execution, and implementation of projects across the product development journey from concept to launch, ensuring customer needs align with the membrane product roadmap.

The role offers opportunities to support, drive, or own development activities, with flexibility to collaborate across locations such as Søborg and report to the R&D Manager.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant engineering field.
• 3+ years of industrial experience preferred in membrane R&D or product development.
• Hands-on experience with membrane processes and coatings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development, execution, and implementation of product development projects.
• Support, drive, or own product development activities across the journey from concept to launch.
• Prepare activity plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned projects.
