Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing customer-facing B2B projects in engineering, industrial, or technical environments.
• Experience managing customers, external stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors is essential.
• Experience with decanter centrifuges, Aldrum, or similar wastewater-treatment technologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external projects with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Develop project plans for decanter, Aldrum, and other core technology projects.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely communications throughout the lifecycle.
