Job summary

Micrel Medical Devices is seeking an ambitious Area Sales Manager to drive growth across Denmark, covering Funen and Jutland. You will develop customer relationships, support tenders, and increase adoption of ambulatory infusion therapies in hospital and homecare settings.

The role requires building strong stakeholder networks, managing tenders, and collaborating with an international MedTech team. Fluent Danish and English are essential; willingness to travel across Denmark is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, or Homecare.
• Experience with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and growth within your territory (Funen and Jutland).
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, homecare providers, healthcare professionals, and procurement orgs.
• Develop existing accounts and identify new opportunities.
• Manage hospital tenders and procurement activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and education.
• Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare decision-makers.
• Monitor market developments and competitor activities.
• Maintain forecasts, CRM activities, and business plans.
