Radiometer, part of Danaher, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to implement and validate new equipment and processes in production. You will collaborate with suppliers, QA, and R&D to ensure readiness and alignment across NPI initiatives.
Join a team of about 10 engineers within Global Manufacturing Engineering to drive improvements in capacity, cost, and process flow while exploring new technologies for enhanced efficiency.
Formación
- MSc or BSc in Engineering, Mechanics, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience purchasing and implementing new manufacturing equipment.
- Structured, independent way of working with a focus on reliability and results.
- GMP experience including validation of processes/equipment is beneficial.
- Knowledge of software programming, automation, or manufacturing productivity.
- Fluency in English; Danish language skills are a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Take ownership of implementing new equipment into production.
- Develop and improve dispensing processes.
- Drive initiatives focused on capacity, cost, and quality within the NPI program.
- Explore and introduce new technologies to strengthen production efficiency, quality, and process flow.
- Work closely with stakeholders across NPI, R&D, and Production to ensure alignment and progress.
