Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher company, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to drive the introduction and validation of new equipment in our production sites. You’ll collaborate with suppliers, QA, R&D and production to ensure equipment readiness for manufacturing and scalable processes.

You will join a cross-functional Global Manufacturing Engineering team of about 10 colleagues, focusing on NPI, process improvement, and production efficiency in a GMP environment. Fluent English required; Danish is a plus.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Engineering, Mechanics, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical field.
• Experience with purchasing and implementing new manufacturing equipment.
• Structured, independent worker focused on reliability and results.
• Experience from a GMP-controlled environment, including validation of processes and/or equipment.
• Knowledge of software programming, automation, or manufacturing productivity is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus.

As a Mechanical Engineer at Radiometer, you will be responsible for the implementation and validation of new equipment and processes in our production and play an important role in identifying new equipment, processes and methods.

In this role, you will make sure that the machines are installed and together with the team, you will work hands‑on to ensure that the machines are ready for production.

You will be joining the Mechanical Engineering team within Global Manufacturing Engineering, where you will be a part of a team of approximately 10 colleagues working within the same area.

You will work closely with equipment suppliers as well as production sites, QA and R&D stakeholders and will have the opportunity to participate in projects related to Sensor, Solutions and Instrument production.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• A MSc or BSc within Engineering, Mechanics, Chemistry, Physics, or another relevant technical or scientific discipline
• Experience with purchasing and implementing new manufacturing equipment
• A structured and independent way of working, with a strong focus on reliability and results
• Experience from a GMP-controlled environment, including validation of processes and/or equipment, would be beneficial
• Knowledge of software programming, automation, or manufacturing productivity would be an advantage
• Fluency in English is required, while Danish language skills are a plus
