Mechanical Engineer: New Equipment & NPI in Life Sciences

Job summary

Radiometer, part of Danaher, seeks a Mechanical Engineer to drive the implementation and validation of new equipment and processes in our production environment. You will work hands-on to ensure machines are installed and ready for manufacturing, collaborating with a team of about 10 engineers.

You will interact with suppliers, QA, and R&D, and participate in projects across Sensor, Solutions, and Instrument production.

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Engineering, Mechanics, Chemistry, Physics or related field.
• Experience purchasing and implementing new manufacturing equipment.
• Structured, independent work style with a focus on reliability and results.
• GMP environment experience and process/equipment validation is a plus.
• Knowledge of software programming, automation, or manufacturing productivity is advantageous.
• Fluency in English; Danish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of implementing new equipment into production.
• Develop and improve dispensing processes.
• Drive initiatives focused on capacity, cost, and quality within the NPI program.
• Explore and introduce new technologies to strengthen production efficiency and process flow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across NPI, R&D and Production to ensure alignment.
