Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Head of Systems Engineering based at Radiometer’s headquarters in Copenhagen. You will lead the Systems Engineering function, drive the transformation of product development practices, and ensure compliant, high‑quality delivery across Product Systems and partnering functions.

The role combines technical leadership with people leadership, focusing on scalable requirements engineering, risk and configuration management, and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in regulated product development environments (medical devices/diagnostics).
• Demonstrated expertise in Systems Engineering including requirements engineering, risk management and configuration management.
• Proven track record in transforming development practices and enabling adoption of new tools and methodologies.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and team leadership.
• Strong ability to influence across Product Systems and partnering functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Systems Engineering transformation.
• Drive evolution of product development and lifecycle management practices.
• Define and champion engineering excellence across Product Systems.
• Build organizational capability by leading and developing Systems Engineering teams.
• Lead through execution as a hands‑on leader on key initiatives and projects.
