Job summary

Welltec invites a proactive Mechanical Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team in Denmark. You will develop new tools, conduct 3D mechanical design in CATIA, and participate in testing and verification of prototypes.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, experience with DFMEA, and collaboration across mechanical, electrical and software engineers. You should be comfortable traveling to project sites and supporting testing activities as needed, contributing to innovative Welltec

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineer with B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field.
• Experience from energy sector, hydraulics, and mechatronics.
• Strong hands-on testing and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to translate test observations into clear actions.
• Willing to travel for project activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new tools to solve cutting-edge problems.
• Work on technical projects through all development phases.
• Collaborate in small cross-disciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, software).
• Conduct 3D mechanical design and DFMEA-guided reviews.
• Plan, prepare and perform prototype testing and verification.
• Support project activities at Welltec locations and customer sites.
