Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Market Intelligence Manager to turn competitive and market data into decision-ready insights that inform strategy and growth.

You will own the quarterly competitor proxy process, deliver analyses, and drive cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders across Radiometer’s core and adjacent markets, leveraging AI and analytics to enhance decision support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Strategy, Engineering, Data Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, competitive- or market intelligence, or similar roles.
• Analytical proficiency to extract insights from clutter, simplify, and synthesize complex information.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau and familiarity with CRM, ERP and CPQ platforms.
• Strong collaboration skills with ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Confident in presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Experience or interest in applying AI and automation to improve analytical workflows and scale decision-support.

Essential requirements

• A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Strategy, Engineering, Data Science, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, competitive- or market intelligence, or similar roles.
• Analytical proficiency and the ability to extract insights from clutter from, simplify and synthesize complex information.
• Command of analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau and experience in e.g., CRM, ERP and CPQ platforms.
• Strong collaborator with ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Confidence communicating insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Experience or curiosity in applying AI and automation to improve analytical workflows, generate insights, and scale decision-support capabilities.
• It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Acute Care Diagnostics market, and the manufacturers delivering value to customers and patients therein.
