You’ll be part of Marketing Data Enablement & Operations within the MDIP team in Market & Channels. We help drive commercial and brand growth through clear, evidence‑based recommendations and enable a holistic view of performance through data, digital tools, and AI. Our team is primarily based in Billund, while the wider MDIP team is global. We follow a flexible hybrid rhythm and value analytical thinking, confident use of digital tools, and strong stakeholder relationships.
Success means becoming a trusted partner for marketing operations and helping teams rely on accurate, connected planning data. You’ll strengthen data quality and operational processes while navigating a period of marketing transformation and evolving data initiatives. You’ll work closely with colleagues across MDIP, media operations, external media agencies, and digital product and technology teams to help shape the next phase of marketing planning capabilities.
