Job summary

Granite, a Bifrost portfolio company, is hiring a Marketing Manager to build the path from a campaign to a sales conversation and establish the CRM discipline that turns interest into qualified pipeline. This is the first dedicated marketing hire, so you build the function rather than inherit it.

You will report to the CMO and sit in Commercial Leadership, close to revenue owners and own the calendar, CRM, lead gen engine, and campaigns across performance marketing, LinkedIn, events,

Qualifications

• At least five years in B2B marketing with tech, infrastructure, cloud, AI, or data centres.
• Built a demand generation engine and owned its numbers.
• Hands-on: writes emails, briefs agencies, and builds campaigns in the CRM.
• Has worked without a brand system or pre-set budget precedents.
• Has hired and managed agencies, freelancers, and performance partners.
• Can name CRM and marketing automation systems and explain lead-to-revenue tracking.
• Based in Europe and able to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Own an integrated marketing calendar with weekly cadence and vendor coordination.
• Make the CRM the heartbeat of the commercial organization with sourced leads, attribution, and dashboards.
• Build a lead generation engine across performance marketing, LinkedIn, ABM, events, partnerships, content, and website conversion.
• Manage end-to-end performance marketing, focusing on cost per qualified lead and pipeline generation.
• Develop marketing into a predictable pipeline contributor within 12 months.
