Job summary

Granite, a Bifrost portfolio company, is hiring a Marketing Manager to bridge campaigns to sales conversations and build the marketing function from the ground up. You will report to the CMO in Commercial Leadership, and drive the integrated marketing calendar, CRM-driven processes, and a full lead generation engine across channels.

You will be hands-on, writing emails, briefing agencies and shaping campaigns in the CRM, with a focus on pipeline over vanity metrics.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, infrastructure, cloud, AI, data centres or energy.
• Hands-on and capable of writing emails, briefing agencies, and building campaigns in the CRM.
• Ability to explain a technical product to a non-technical buyer in writing.

Responsibilities

• Own and run an integrated marketing calendar on a weekly cadence within 90 days.
• Make the CRM the heartbeat of the commercial organization by month 6 with defined sources, attribution, and dashboards.
• Build the lead generation engine across performance marketing, LinkedIn, ABM, events, partnerships, content and website conversion.
• Own performance marketing end to end, measured on cost per qualified lead, cost per target account engaged, conversion to sales and pipeline.
• Make marketing a predictable contributor to pipeline within 12 months, with a cadence between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
