Job summary

Vestas Technology & Blade Manufacturing seeks a Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and support manufacturing processes across the product lifecycle. You’ll lead process improvement efforts, support NPI activities, and drive technical solutions to enhance quality, productivity, and stability in a global manufacturing setting.

You will collaborate with Lean Engineering teams, engage with Central Engineering, and act as a local technical contact to sustain operational excellence while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and process optimization.
• Solid understanding of process control and industrial engineering principles.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, RCA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with ECM processes and industrialization projects.
• Good Danish and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development, industrialization projects and manufacturing improvements across operations.
• Drive PFMEA, NPI support, and production readiness activities.
• Review and optimize production layouts with cross-functional teams.
• Define technical requirements for equipment, tooling, and lines.
• Coordinate SATs and equipment sign-off; ensure capacity aligns with demand.
• Provide day-to-day technical support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
