Job summary

Vestas in Aarhus is seeking a seasoned professional to lead blades industrialization projects from concept to implementation, ensuring safe, scalable manufacturing and on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with R&D, SCM, Procurement and Quality to optimize Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly, drive life-cycle ownership, and manage cost and quality targets across global manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Solid manufacturing or R&D background with launch of new products.
• Ability to frame, scope, budget, and execute industrialization projects.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation of projects in accordance with the Vestas Way to Market framework and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Lead concepts and discussions with R&D before Gate 0 launch and ensure DfA/DfM concepts are embedded.
• Responsible for target cost, quality, safety and delivery settings.
• Ensure end-to-end product lifecycle ownership from launch to decommissioning with cost, quality, safety and delivery accountability.
• Contribute to strategic cross-functional working groups with Blades R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain and Quality.
