Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Head of Nacelles Excellence to shape and accelerate the global competitiveness strategy across our manufacturing and warehouse network. You will drive standardization, deploy best-in-class practices, and lead large-scale transformations to close gaps and boost performance worldwide.

The role requires 12–15+ years in manufacturing/industrial leadership, a strong data-driven mindset, and the ability to align executive strategy with long-term growth plans.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Excellence, or Plant Leadership.
• Significant senior leadership experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own the competitiveness agenda across a global manufacturing and warehouse footprint.
• Identify, benchmark, and deploy best-in-class operational practices that drive measurable business value.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to improve productivity, quality, cost performance, delivery reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as Vestas' senior authority on manufacturing and internal logistics competitiveness, guiding senior leaders.
• Leverage diagnostics and data-driven insights to uncover opportunities and accelerate results.
• Drive complex transformation programs delivering sustainable improvements across regions.
