Job summary

AGC Biologics A/S is seeking a Compliance & Support Manager in Supply Chain Management to lead our compliance and support team, drive quality, and enable operational excellence across warehouse operations and systems.

You will oversee GxP compliance, audits, and process optimization while guiding Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and data-driven improvements; location Søborg, onsite near Copenhagen.

Qualifications

As our new Compliance & Support Manager in Supply Chain Management (SCM) you will lead and develop our compliance and support organization while driving high standards in compliance, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three skilled employees within compliance and support in SCM.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP integration, automation, and data‑driven process improvements.
• Ensure high standards of GxP compliance, inspection readiness, periodic reviews, and audit support, acting as SME during audits, customer visits, and quality events.
• Oversee qualification activities related to rooms, equipment, and shipments in close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and implement procedures, standards, and a strong quality mindset across the organization, driving improvement through Lean principles, process optimization, and performance management.
• Utilize analytics, AI, and operational intelligence to improve inventory visibility, warehouse performance, and supply‑chain decision‑making.
• Manage Deviation, CAPA, and Change Requests progression when required.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Solid experience in SCM, warehousing, and compliance.
• Proven knowledge of GxP, regulatory audits, and quality systems; experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a similarly regulated environment is a great advantage.
• Experience in Lean/Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Fluency in Danish and English is required.

Location: Søborg, Denmark. Onsite presence at our facility just outside of Copenhagen is required.
