Trimco Group (Denmark) A/S is seeking a Compliance Manager EU to oversee compliance across the organization. In this role, you will ensure that all products and processes meet evolving regulatory requirements while collaborating with global teams.

As Compliance Manager EU, you will play a key role in ensuring that products, processes and decisions across the value chain meet complex and evolving regulatory requirements. You turn legislation into practical guidance – enabling the organization to act with credibility and confidence.
You operate at the intersection of regulation, product compliance, business, and people. By translating EU and international legislation into clear processes, documentation, and guidance, you support compliant products, informed commercial decisions, and strong customer relationships.
Working closely with the Global Compliance Team and a wide range of stakeholders, you help build trust – with customers, authorities, and across the organization – while supporting long-term, responsible growth.
You take ownership of the compliance agenda in a role that combines project leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep regulatory understanding.
