Job summary

Welltec A/S is expanding its Maintenance organization and seeks a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to support operations globally. The candidate should have specialized schooling in mechanics or electrical trades, strong knowledge of hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems, and experience with testing, assembly and diagnostics of hydraulic/electrical assemblies.

Field experience is a plus, and familiarity with NAV/AX and Microsoft Office is beneficial for daily administration and asset

Qualifications

• Specialized schooling in mechanic or similar field.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience inspecting and assembling electro-mechanical and hydraulic components.
• Testing and troubleshooting electro-mechanical and hydraulic assemblies.
• Field experience is an advantage; wireline experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency with NAV/AX and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, redress, reassembly, test calibration, diagnosis, investigation, troubleshooting and correction under moderate supervision.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency.
• Handle administrative maintenance tasks, incident reports, NAV Asset management and inventory control.
• Support operations across Welltec base/field as required.
• Set up maintenance and test facilities.
• Promote 5S in the base.
• Perform new build tests and prepare tools for fleet.

The Welltec Denmark Maintenance Department operates as a small yet highly skilled team dedicated to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities.

The position

To further strengthen and support our operations all over the world, Welltec is expanding its Maintenance organization and actively seeking highly motivated Maintenance Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, redress, reassembly, test calibration, diagnosis, investigation, troubleshooting and correction of problems under moderate supervision
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handle administrative task related with maintenance, redress system, Incident report, NAV Asset management, Inventory control and other relevant duties.
• Support operations across the entire Welltec base/field as required.
• Set-up necessary maintenance and test facilities.
• Be a promoter of the 5S system in the base.
• perform newbuild. Test tools and make ready for fleet

The candidate

The preferred candidate has the following profile:

• Specialized schooling or High education in Mechanic, Electrician or similar
• Basic knowledge and understanding of hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems
• Experience in inspecting and assembling electro-mechanical and hydraulic components
• Testing and troubleshooting electro-mechanical and hydraulic assemblies
• Field experience is an advantage
• Wireline operation experience is preferrable
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Redressing System
• Proficiency in using electric and mechanical tools
• Familiarity with Dynamics NAV/AX and Microsoft office
