Job summary

Welltec A/S in Denmark is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join Design & Engineering. You will develop mechanical systems from concept to production, contributing with innovative designs for field-proven tools.

The ideal candidate has a B.Sc/M.Sc in mechanical engineering, experience in oilfield or energy sectors, and strong CAD (Catia) and FEA (ANSYS) skills. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with travel to exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineer with B.Sc or M.Sc or equivalent.
• Experience in oilfield/energy sector or hydraulics is a plus.
• Proficient in Catia and ANSYS for design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own design and manufacturing package from concept to production.
• Prototype assembly and testing; collaborate with teams within the organisation.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and manage schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement in the Design and Engineering (D&E) department.
• Work on development projects through all phases.
