Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Maintenance Technician based in Esbjerg, Denmark to support piping iron turnaround activities and ensure equipment meets operational requirements.

Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the Clients team based in Esbjerg, Denmark. The successful candidate will support maintenance activities associated with piping iron turnaround operations and ensure equipment is maintained and delivered in line with operational requirements.

Working within a maintenance and reliability environment, you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance programme whilst adhering to the Clients Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards, procedures and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance activities in accordance with established maintenance programmes and operational requirements.
• Support the timely delivery and availability of equipment to meet operational demand.
• Carry out assigned maintenance activities under the supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Maintenance Technician.
• Ensure accurate maintenance documentation and data capture within TLM business systems.
• Maintain compliance with the Clients maintenance standards and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on maintenance efficiency, reliability and asset availability.
• Adhere to Standard 23 compliance requirements and safe working practices.
• Provide dedicated support for piping iron turnaround activities in accordance with WS Standard 23 requirements.
• Contribute to improving maintenance efficiency, productivity and overall service delivery performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in industrial, mechanical, maintenance or workshop-based environments.
• Experience working within the oil & gas, energy, manufacturing or heavy industrial sectors is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
• Ability to follow established maintenance procedures and technical instructions.
• Good understanding of maintenance planning, equipment servicing and asset reliability.
• Comfortable working in a workshop/onshore operational environment.
• Valid driving licence preferred.

Desirable Experience

• Piping iron maintenance and turnaround experience.
• Knowledge of drilling tools, pressure control equipment or oilfield equipment maintenance.
• Exposure to Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems.
• Experience working to Standard 23 or similar industry maintenance standards.
