Job summary

Alstom in Copenhagen is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technical Support Engineer to optimize reliability and performance of our rail systems. You will join a cross-functional team to drive proactive maintenance and data-driven service improvements.

As a Services Engineer, you will collaborate with Operations, Sourcing and Industrial teams to enhance maintenance plans and implement diagnostic tools such as trainscanner, ensuring safe, efficient rail operations across our network.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience or understanding of train technology and maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning documentation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from operations to improve services and optimize maintenance tasks.
• Assist in implementing advanced diagnostic tools such as trainscanner functionalities.
• Develop work instructions and processes from maintenance plans and manuals.
