EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance in Copenhagen and Aarhus is offering a part-time Analyst position. You will work on live M&A transactions and related business development initiatives, taking on meaningful responsibilities from day one.

You will be part of a high-performing team, receive coaching and exposure to the deal-making process while balancing exams. The role expects a commercial mindset, analytical skills and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Candidates are pursuing a relevant Master’s degree or have one year remaining of their Bachelor's degree.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Genuine interest in M&A and corporate finance.
• Structured, analytical and able to navigate complex business situations.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of marketing material including pitch presentations, information memoranda, management presentations and client meeting materials.
• Assisting in preparing corporate valuations (DCF, LBO, multiples, operational modelling, etc.).
• Financial statement analysis
• Market research and analysis for internal and external use
