As a Part-time Analyst, you will work alongside experienced colleagues on live M&A transactions and related business development initiatives. You will support the team on several key M&A tasks, including:

• Preparation of marketing material including pitch presentations, information memoranda, management presentations and client meeting materials
• Assisting in preparing corporate valuations (DCF, LBO, multiples, operational modelling, etc.)
• Peer group/buyer/target screenings
• Financial statement analysis
• Market research and analysis for internal and external use

The role averages approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams. You will receive ongoing coaching, including support from a counsellor and buddy.
