Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Travel Retail Europe seeks a Training Manager to lead human capital development across Beauty Consultants, Promoters and generic staff, elevating retail excellence and brand heritage in a dynamic travel retail environment.

You will design curricula covering product knowledge, makeup artistry, skincare expertise and advanced selling techniques, and measure impact through KPIs and sell‑out data while collaborating with field teams and HQ. Expect travel 4 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Retail Training, Coaching and Retail Management.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel 4 days per week.
• Ability to design and deploy training programs and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy a structured training curriculum for Beauty Consultants, Promoters and generic staff.
• Lead in-class and digital trainings and seminars.
• Measure training effectiveness with KPIs and sell-out data.
• Act as key link between field and HQ to translate business priorities into learning solutions.
• Manage budgets to ensure cost efficiency of training programs.
