Job summary

Christian Dior in travel retail across Europe is seeking a Training Manager who embodies our heritage and brand values while driving development of Beauty Consultants, Promoters and staff across PCD's doors in a dynamic travel retail environment.

You will design and deploy multi-faceted training programs, lead in-class and digital trainings, and act as the main liaison between field teams (70% time) and HQ stakeholders. Travel 4 days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Retail Training, Coaching and Retail Management.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous for travel retail locations.
• Ability to be on the field and traveling min. 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy a structured, progressive training curriculum for Beauty Consultants, skincare and makeup artistry.
• Track knowledge with quizzes, certifications and assessments; deliver feedback.
• Lead seminars and local trainings; manage budgeting and ROI for training programs.
• Coordinate logistics for trainings with Retail Manager and key milestones.
