Stone Island in Copenhagen Illum is seeking a part-time Client Advisor (24 hours per week) to welcome customers and drive sales in a brand-new store.

You will build knowledge of the collection, assist with stock and visual standards, and support opening and closing procedures.

Fluency in Danish and English is essential; experience in luxury fashion is a plus, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset is required.

Previous experience in sales roles.
Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus.
Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts.
Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry.
Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
Willingness to evolve in the organisation.
Fluency & sophistication in Danish and English, another language is a plus.
Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones.
Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross- selling.
Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities.
Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards.
Opening and closing responsibilities.
