Job summary

Stone Island is seeking a Client Advisor for a brand-new concession at Illum in Copenhagen. The role is part-time (24 hours per week) and focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional client service, and maintaining store standards.

You should have experience in sales, a passion for luxury fashion, and fluency in Danish and English, with a willingness to evolve within the organisation. The role is based in a luxury retail environment in Illum, Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles.
• Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail is a plus.
• International experience in professional and non-professional contexts is valued.
• Passion for retail and luxury fashion industry.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation.
• Danish and English fluency/sophistication; additional language a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to team targets.
• Maximise sales opportunities through cross-selling.
• Support BOH organization and replenishment/ transfers, ensuring stock accuracy.
• Maintain the store's visual merchandising and standards.
• Handle opening and closing responsibilities.

The Day-To-Day

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

• Has strong knowledge of the collection
• Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities

BUSINESS

• Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
• Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross- selling

OPERATIONS / STOCK MANAGEMENT

• Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
• Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards
