Job summary

Stone Island is seeking a Client Advisor for our brand-new point of sale in Copenhagen Illum. You will drive sales, share knowledge of fabrics and products, and provide exceptional client service in a luxury environment.

The role requires passion for retail, a strong understanding of the luxury market, and fluency in Danish and English. Experience in international contexts is valued in a fast-paced, evolving store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles.
• Experience in structured luxury fashion/retail companies is a plus.
• Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts.
• Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation.
• Fluency & sophistication in Danish and English, another language is a plus.
• Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities.

The Day-To-Day

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

• Has strong knowledge of the collection
• Provides insights on fabrics and products specificities

BUSINESS

• Drives Sales, achieving individual results and contributing to the team ones
• Maximises sales opportunity leveraging cross- selling

OPERATIONS / STOCK MANAGEMENT

• Supports BOH organization and procedures implementation as well as replenishment / transfer activities
• Supports the maintenance of the store’s visual merchandising standards
• Opening and closing responsibilities.
