Job summary

Shamballa Jewels Copenhagen is seeking a passionate Client Advisor to join our luxury boutique. In this role you will deliver personalized service, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to the store’s commercial success.

You will actively pursue clienteling opportunities, maintain expert knowledge of our collections, and work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or premium service environments.
• Strong focus on client relationships and repeat business.
• Ability to meet and exceed store sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Deliver personalized, high-level service to every client.
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships.
