Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior in Denmark is seeking a Beauty Consultant Rotator for a full-time, temporary contract to promote the Dior brand across multiple locations, delivering a luxurious client experience and achieving sales targets.

You will focus on delivering exceptional service, merchandising maintenance, testers and stock oversight, and engaging with clients to build lasting relationships while embodying Dior values and attitude across the region.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in retail or service industry is preferred.
• Experience in luxury retail or beauty is a strong advantage.
• Ideally, 3 years min of relevant experience, depending on local market requirements.
• Proven ability to deliver strong retail results and provide premium customer service.
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence (70%) across assigned locations.
• Conduct in-store selling activities and identify client needs to deliver a memorable experience.
• Follow Dior selling method throughout the sales process.
• Initiate contact with customers and welcome them at the counter and via proactive traffic-stopping.
• Propose tailored product recommendations and ensure services are executed to the highest standard.
• Promote complementary products to build a complete beauty routine.
• Deliver a luxury client experience reflecting Dior’s prestige and values.
• Merchandising and counter upkeep to maintain luxury standards.
• Testers and stock monitoring to ensure availability and presentation.
