Job summary

Dior Beauty is seeking a part-time Beauty Consultant (17 hours) at Magasin K in Copenhagen. You will promote the Dior brand with passion, deliver an unforgettable client experience, and work with store partners to meet sales targets while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or service industry preferred.
• Proven track record in delivering high-service retail results in a luxury environment.
• Local adaptation for 1–2 years of luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• SELLING DIOR: Conduct in-store and remote selling as a personal shopper, meet client needs and provide a memorable service.
• CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND MANAGEMENT: Develop durable client relationships, register data in CRM, and drive client loyalty.
• OPERATIONS: Follow merchandising guidelines, monitor stock levels, operate cash registers where applicable.
