Job summary

Parfums Christian Dior Nordics is seeking a Beauty Consultant based in Illum Copenhagen, Denmark. The role involves in-store and remote selling as a personal shopper to deliver a luxury customer experience.

Reporting to the Counter Manager, you will promote Dior values, drive sales, educate clients on products, and contribute to KPIs while maintaining brand standards and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills with a luxury service mindset.
• Proficient in English and Danish; other languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of cosmetics and makeup products is preferred.

Your Impact

Parfums Christian Dior Nordics is looking for a BEAUTY CONSULTANT based in Illum Copenhagen, Denmark. This position is offered for 10h/week.

Reporting to the Counter Manager, our Beauty Consultant is the Dior Ambassador.

As a member of the Dior team, you will represent the Brand values and passion to our customers and always demonstrate a Dior attitude. The main objective will be to achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing the highest standard of service to customers.

The Beauty Consultant is a brand ambassador, focused on driving sales through exceptional service. This role requires mastery in product knowledge, client relationship management, and operational efficiency to provide a luxury experience that aligns with Dior's standards.

Position

• Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper
• Sell Dior products by meeting our client’s needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method:
  • Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping
  • Identify and understand customers’ needs
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers. Offer the right service and conduct it perfectly. Propose complementary products within category and cross category. Offer a global beauty approach.
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to the retail, clienteling & customer satisfaction KPIs on a monthly basis,
• Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products
• Engage new clients to the brand, through genuine human interaction
• Participate in counter merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines,
• Respect operational procedures (IT tools usage, attendance, punctuality…) and Dior grooming guidelines
• Master Brand, Category and Competition Knowledge
• Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability.
• Leverage Dior content and tools (Dior Connect) to drive traffic, client telling, develop client loyalty and take actions
