Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Danish-speaking Pandora Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. Represent a world-renowned luxury brand, delivering premium service to discerning clients and managing inquiries about exclusive jewelry collections.

You will work from a flexible remote setup within Greece, with fully-paid relocation support, comprehensive training, and performance-based bonuses. Fluency in Danish and English is required, along with EU passport validity.

Qualifications

Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
EU passport holder (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication in Danish and English.
Passion for luxury goods and premium brand representation.
Experience in customer service, ideally in retail or luxury sectors.
Strong ability to navigate multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Deliver premium customer support for a global luxury brand, upholding its prestige.
Assist Danish-speaking clients with inquiries on jewelry collections, orders, and styling.
Handle high-value interactions with empathy, elegance, and product knowledge.
Resolve complex issues maintaining total customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with international teams to uphold Pandora standards.
Accurately document interactions to ensure seamless service continuity.
