Job summary

Next Job Abroad is seeking Danish-speaking professionals to join a global jewelry and lifestyle brand in Athens, Greece. You will support customers through email and chat, with some phone exposure, while adapting to an international team and Mediterranean lifestyle.

The role focuses on solving order issues, tracking deliveries, and processing exchanges using CRM tools and several internal systems. Relocation is provided with flight coverage, temporary housing, and local setup support.

Qualifications

• Native or C1-level Danish with solid English (B2) for training and system navigation.
• Strong Danish writing skills and good keyboard speed.
• Enthusiastic, open-minded, and willing to relocate to Athens.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via Email and Chat, with some phone support.
• Assist shoppers with order tracking, delivery updates, damages, and exchanges.
• Use CRM and internal systems to deliver fast, high-quality service.
