Next Job Abroad is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international care team in Greece, supporting customers of a leading jewellery and lifestyle brand.

The role blends customer service with jewellery and gifting insights. You’ll help customers with product information, orders, deliveries and returns, while enjoying relocation support and the option to work from home in Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent Danish with good spoken and written English.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Handle Danish-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide information on products, orders, deliveries and returns.
• Assist with order changes, cancellations and refunds.
• Support customers with account and payment questions.
• Collaborate with an international team and stay updated on promotions.
