Qualifications

• Native or C1-level Danish with strong English (B2) for training and navigation.
• Excellent written communication skills in Danish and good typing speed.
• Enthusiastic, open-minded and willing to learn; moving abroad is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital customer support for Danish customers via email and chat, with some phone support.
• Resolve issues like order tracking, delivery updates, damaged items, and exchanges.
• Use CRM platforms and internal systems to deliver fast, high-quality service.
