You’ll facilitate workshops, analyse processes and data, and collaborate with Process Owners, Product Owners and development teams.

Qualifications

• Background in logistics, supply chain, engineering, business or related field.
• Early in your career with some practical experience in process improvement or business analysis.
• Able to analyse processes and data to translate insights into clear requirements.
• Able to structure complex topics and facilitate discussions with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a global logistics setup.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into clear requirements with Process Owners, Product Owners and dev teams.
• Drive process improvement, digitalisation and automation from opportunities to value.
• Analyse end-to-end logistics processes and performance data to identify improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and align stakeholders on real needs.
• Contribute to the digital product portfolio and clarify processes, governance and roles.
